It starts with a free call about what you need. We then scope the work and quote it, with a fixed scope agreed up front before any development starts, so there are no surprise bills. The build runs in two-week sprints, each ending in a demo of working software, and the code is handed over to you at the end.
The AI tells every caller it's an AI and that the call is transcribed. On Receptionist and Pro, it takes their details, answers the questions you've approved and pencils jobs into your calendar for you to confirm. On Catch, it takes a message and texts it to you for your first 10 AI minutes each month, then callers you miss get your text-back. If a caller can smell gas, the AI tells them to leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, and 999 if anyone's in danger. It never replaces the emergency services.
Yes. Keep your existing number: we forward the calls you miss. You turn on call forwarding on your phone, so missed calls go to your Arcscribe number, and we give you a simple guide for it. Moving your number over to us completely (porting) isn't offered yet.
